Jane has held her real estate license in Colorado since 1992 and has received designations including ABR, CRS and GRI. She has extensive experience in both real estate and escrow, having spent two years working as an escrow office at the title company. She began and oversaw the Mentoring Program in our Market Center, taught classes and coached individual agents to success. She has also acted as a Managing Broker for Keller Williams, overseeing an office and supervising 150 licensed realtors. While actively assisting buyers and sellers, she continues to mentor and teach.
Randy has held his real estate license in Colorado since 2000 and created the one on one Coaching Program in our Market Center. In addition to actively helping our clients with their real estate needs, he acts as the Productivity Coach in our Market Center, helping our agents create their business plans and holding them accountable to the highest standards in our industry. He also oversees an extensive training program.
